Nordic walking classes

2009 Autumn Programme

You'll find nordic walking classes from September - November on Hampstead Heath [new], in Hyde Park, Regent's Park and Richmond Park.  Details of sessions in 2010 will be posted later early in the New Year. 

  • Nordic walking introductory workshops

    Get started with nordic walking - book an introductory workshop or special offer package of an introductory workshop and 3 practice walks.

    Our 2010 programme will begin after the ski-ing season, if you would like us to email you when the schedule is available please contact us.

  • Nordic walking for fitness

    Choose this option if you've already attended an introductory session and want to develop or refresh your nordic walking skills on a fitness walk.  There are walks in Hampstead Heath, Hyde Park, Regent's Park and Richmond Park which you can book singly or as a value for money package.

    All locations are easily accessible by public transport.
