How it works

You learn the basics of nordic walking and find out about its benefits, then put your new skills into practice in a walk.  The session will also include essential warm up and cool down exercises.

After you've attended an introductory workshop you can continue nordic walking by joining a regular nordic walking for fitness class or occasional walk.

Classes last 1.5 hours and include use of high quality Exel nordic walking poles. .  

Who is it for

Anyone of average fitness who would like to try nordic walking.

Cost
